Well folks, it’s nearly upon us! Our second single ‘GRANT ME PERMISSION’ is out July 18th worldwide so please go and download on itunes, join us at our single launch show @ The Forum, Tunbridge Wells on Friday (15th) and have a little look at what some folks have already said about the single!

We have been confirmed for DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL, playing on Sat 11th June on the Jagermeister Stage, sharing the bill with Bowling for Soup and Skin amongst others!

Hello Intra-lovers!
We had a great time at Mayfield Music on the Meadow – the sun was shining and it was great to see so many friends and new faces applying pressure to the front of stage crowd barrier.

For those of you who were there, you will know we have a NEW FREE DOWNLOAD available. It’s called Come Down Sister and is a bit of a funky party number. This is one of the tracks we have just recorded with the main man John Mitchell.
